Alan Kearns

Founder & Head of Management

Founder of RAM Music Services, Alan is a highly experienced artist and tour management professional with over 30 years across live entertainment, touring and commercial operations. His career spans every level of the industry, from early artist development through to global touring, working with artists such as Snow Patrol, Westlife, Anastacia and Ronan Keating, and across major productions including The Voice Australia and X Factor Australia.

With a deep, long-standing network across artists, agents, promoters, production and media, Alan instinctively knows who to call, how to structure a team, and how to align the right talent around a project. He doesn't just assemble teams, he curates them, drawing on trusted relationships built over decades to ensure every role is filled by people who can deliver at the highest level.

Alan leads the end-to-end delivery of tours, overseeing logistics, budgets, production, stakeholder coordination and on-the-ground execution. He is known for his solutions-focused approach and his ability to anticipate and resolve issues early, ensuring tours run smoothly under pressure. He also has a sharp commercial instinct, consistently identifying marketing and promotional opportunities that elevate a tour beyond the stage, increasing visibility, reach and impact.

Alan builds genuine relationships at every level, from senior executives through to crew and runners, creating an environment where everyone feels respected, included and valued. That trust and rapport carry through every project, strengthening both the team and the outcome.

Patrick Prendergast

Tour Management & Artist Security

Patrick works across both tour management and artist security, bringing a rare combination of operational oversight and on-the-ground protection experience. He has spent years on the road with international artists including Bon Jovi, Tina Turner, Pink, Black Sabbath, Ozzy Osbourne, Janet Jackson, Chris Brown and KISS, managing both logistics and security across global touring environments.

His background spans advancing shows, coordinating complex travel and production logistics, managing artist movements and delivering discreet security in high-pressure settings. He has also led the development and execution of security strategies for major Australian festivals including Big Day Out, Future Music Festival, Stereo Sonic, Summa Daze and Pandemonium Rocks. His ability to operate across both large-scale public events and tightly controlled private environments reflects a deep understanding of risk, coordination and execution.

Scott Jervis

Scott is a senior protection specialist and founder of Exclusive Protection Services, with extensive experience delivering high-level security solutions for artists, VIPs and major productions. His work spans close protection, risk management and the coordination of security operations across live events, film and broadcast environments.

He has operated across high-profile productions including I'm A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here, Love Island USA and Pirates of the Caribbean 5, working alongside international crews, studios and executive production teams such as ITV Studios and Bruckheimer Productions. Michael brings over 20 years' experience delivering discreet, high-trust transport and security support across touring, live events and private clients.
