His career spans every level of the industry, from early artist development through to global touring, working with artists such as Snow Patrol, Westlife, Anastacia and Ronan Keating, and across major productions including The Voice Australia and X Factor Australia.
With a deep, long-standing network across artists, agents, promoters, production and media, Alan instinctively knows who to call, how to structure a team, and how to align the right talent around a project. He doesn't just assemble teams, he curates them, drawing on trusted relationships built over decades to ensure every role is filled by people who can deliver at the highest level.
Alan leads the end-to-end delivery of tours, overseeing logistics, budgets, production, stakeholder coordination and on-the-ground execution. He is known for his solutions-focused approach and his ability to anticipate and resolve issues early, ensuring tours run smoothly under pressure. He also has a sharp commercial instinct, consistently identifying marketing and promotional opportunities that elevate a tour beyond the stage, increasing visibility, reach and impact.
